2. Digital Products & Delivery
All digital products sold on this Website are non-physical and delivered electronically.
Products may include, but are not limited to:
Notion templates (duplicated into the purchaser’s Notion workspace)
Framer website templates (duplicated into the purchaser’s Framer account)
Digital courses or downloadable resources (such as PDF files)
Payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy or other authorized checkout providers.
Delivery is considered complete once:
A Notion template has been duplicated into the purchaser’s workspace,
A Framer template has been duplicated into the purchaser’s Framer account,
Or a downloadable product has been made accessible.
Once delivery has occurred, all sales are final and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
3. Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the purchase and use of our digital products. By purchasing or using our digital products, you agree to the following:
a) Nature of Digital Products
Our digital products are non-tangible and delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been delivered, unless required by applicable law.
For Notion and Framer templates, delivery is considered complete once duplication into the purchaser’s account or workspace has occurred.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
Change of mind or personal preferences
Software, operating system, or device incompatibility
Insufficient expertise to utilize the product effectively
Dissatisfaction with the features or performance of the product
Alteration, discontinuation, or unavailability of related services or products
b) Product Information & Evaluation

Note: If you purchase a template through Lemon Squeezy, you will be added to our Lemon Squeezy email list, but we do not send emails through Lemon Squeezy. You will only receive order confirmation emails from Lemon Squeezy.

a) Notion Templates
Notion templates are sold for personal use only.
You may:
Duplicate and use the template within your own Notion workspace.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or transfer the template.
Share the duplicate link publicly.
Offer the template as your own product.
Claim ownership of the original design.
b) Framer Templates
Framer templates are licensed, not sold.
Use of Framer templates is governed by the selected license at purchase (e.g., Single Site License or Unlimited Sites License).
Redistribution or resale of the template itself is strictly prohibited.
c) Affiliate Program
The only permitted way to promote and earn from Menphine’s products is through the official affiliate program.
7. Framer Template License Terms
Framer templates are licensed, not sold.
Each license applies per individual purchase. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, or transfer of the template itself is strictly prohibited. License rights are non-transferable.
Violation of these license terms may result in termination of access without refund.
a) Single Site License
Grants the purchaser the right to use the template for one personal or client website.
b) Unlimited Sites License
Grants the purchaser the right to use the template for unlimited personal or client websites.
